Sleeping on the couch ever now and then is a part of being married
    I am not you,
    Nor you me.

I do not know who you are
    What you do, or
Why you live the way you do, but

Interesting because I bought mine from Chip as well. F1's
So we do potentially have the same. Mine are pretty light. Actually they look exactly like the pic in my signature (2nd pic spawning).

Well I did my weekly water change last night and she is holding again. I don't have the tank space. I wonder if I can but the new fry in with the one month olds? I am also worried the male is wearing her out. I wish I had a tank to keep her in for some time to recover but I fear she would be killed if returned to the main tank after being away for a while.

wow, I would think there is a market for those.
Anyway, do you have anything else in there? I would stock it with Tropheus if you can. Make it busy so he is occupied.

You could always put a divider in, seperating her from the aggression, you could use eggcrate (plastic heating air diffusers for t-bar ceiling)

I have tropheus in the tank already Flame backs around 12 and they keep him super busy he is the referee (breaks up the fights) . He stays on one side of the tank and she the other ( he doesn't bother with her unless he is in the mood for love). I have 2 pieces of slate 12 inches by 6 inches (slate shingles) I have one in the corner she stays in and I never see her. The other piece is in the middle of the tank and is used for spawning. Bembas are doing that all day long.
